# How Return QR Tag works

> Request digital tags, claim them in the portal, keep them private until you need public mode.

1. Request digital QR copies via WhatsApp (physical products coming soon).
2. After payment, receive confirmation/files by email.
3. Sign in to the portal and claim your tags.
4. Keep tags private by default. When an item is lost, enable public mode and toggle contact details.
5. Finders scan with any phone camera. You get notified; location is optional with finder permission.
