Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Return QR Tag websites, portal, apps, and related services operated by Avaiya Software FZC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Return QR Tag provides QR lost-and-found tags and software so owners can claim tags, manage item details, and receive scan notifications. Finders can open a recovery page by scanning a tag. Return QR Tag is not a GPS tracker and does not continuously track location.

Digital QR tags are requested through our site and WhatsApp workflow. Physical printed products are coming soon and are not available to order until we announce otherwise. Payment for available products is coordinated with our team. After payment, we deliver order details and digital assets by email where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

You may create an account to claim and manage tags you lawfully possess. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not claim tags you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

• Do not misuse the service for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, tags, or systems
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not interfere with the reliability or security of the service

You retain rights to content you submit (such as item descriptions and photos). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate Return QR Tag, including on finder-facing pages according to your settings.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a lost item will be recovered, that every finder will contact you, or that scan notifications will always be delivered without delay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avaiya Software FZC and Return QR Tag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if no payment applies.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Avaiya Software FZC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction over Avaiya Software FZC will resolve disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your region require otherwise.
